"John Carpenter and Alan Howarth managed to do something not many people have been able to do with their score to Halloween II. They managed to take the blueprint of the first films score and make it bigger, darker and nerve shreddingly intense. Synths wail and stutter as the score progresses to the point where you feel your head might implode from the oncoming onslaught. This score really should be played late at night with all of the lights out. All new artwork by Brandon Schaefer. Sleeve notes by Alan Howarth and Brandon Schaefer. Includes an A2 poster of the cover art in a variant color. Brand new Death Waltz house sleeve with spot varnish cover and full film credits on the back."

"You have to bow down before John Carpenter and Alan Howarth. Their score for Halloween III is so far ahead of its time it's mind boggling. Halloween III is a tour de force of experimental synth tones, intense melodies and dark, brooding mood pieces. This is one of my favorite scores of all time and I am honored to have the chance to release it. Re-mastered by Alan Howarth. All new artwork by Jay Shay. Sleeve notes by Alan Howarth and Jay Shaw. Includes an A2 poster. Brand new house sleeve with spot varnish and tons more film info on the back, including credits."

140 gram black vinyl. "We are very happy to be continuing our series of John Carpenter / Alan Howarth re-issues with Prince of Darkness. This is undoubtedly one of Carpenters darkest and most underrated films and the score complements the images perfectly. In fact, this has to be one of the most understated, atmospheric and downright scary soundtracks ever made. Carpenter and Howarth keep it simple with oodles of tension. Listen to this late at night in the dark and you won't be going to sleep anytime soon! Music composed and performed by John Carpenter in association with Alan Howarth. Produced and re-mastered by Alan Howarth. Exclusive new cover art by Sam Smith (responsible for some of our favourite Criterion artwork including Hausu and World on a Wire). Comes with an A2 poster. Sleeve notes provided by Alan Howarth and Sam Smith."

"The score to this classic zombie film by Giuliano Sorgini pre dates Suspiria by 3 years and every time I hear it I can't help but think Goblin used this as a benchmark for Suspiria, the score features a great mix of 60's psych driven breaks with the lushest strings you'll ever hear, pulsing electronics and some terrifying wailing screams from hell itself." -- Jordi Grau. Exclusive cover art by Luke Insect comes with an A2 poster. Sleeve notes by renowned Italian horror expert Stephen Thrower, artist Luke Insect and composer Giuliano Sorgini.

John Carpenter not only directed Escape From New York but also composed and recorded all of its music too. This score sounds as fresh today as it did when it was first released. Laden with brooding electronic pulses, flashes of Krautrock and healthy dose of nu disco ensures that this soundtrack sounds as happy on the dance floor as it is in your headphones.
