Heidi calls upon Miami bad-boy Jesse Perez and Detroit maverick Jimmy Edgar for the third installment of Heidi's Jackathon Jams. Turning up the heat ghetto booty style, Jesse delivers three original stompers of bump and grind with Jimmy Edgar twisting his unique sound into "Interracial Booty Calls" while still paying tribute to the scene's originators.

Lithuanian DJ and producer Vidis has a history of strong influence on the worldwide front. Together with his friend and partner Mario they are known as Mario & Vidis. The duo constantly rewrites house definitions, setting standards and pushing boundaries in all directions. Vidis' Get Physical debut is in the form of a compilation, but not like any you've heard before. Presenting: Silence Please!, the first-ever international compilation showcasing the Vilnius house scene and its most creative and inspiring personalities and moments in the form of musical tracks. "The compilation consists of 100% exclusive material," explains Vidis, "New and unreleased tracks from top Lithuanian house acts -- Mario & Vidis, Mario Basanov, Downtown Party Network, Few Nolder and Darius Vaikas. Unreleased remixes and edits of Fink, Jazzanova, Pompeya, Richard Davis, and Ernesto. I did my best to represent the finest we have talent-wise, to get as much exclusive material as possible, to get the right balance of unreleased and cutting-edge stuff with some already 'classic' moments of ours, to combine locally-produced stuff with remix work and collaborations with Swedish, American, Russian, British, French, and German artists ... It's not just another compilation representing some hot tracks of now or a collection of tried and tested hooks and melodies, it's a document and a statement in some respects -- the first proper representation of an emerging sound and scene from an unlikely territory. There were a few more names I wanted to represent and a few more tracks I wanted to include but they wouldn't fit genre, mood or tempo-wise. I like eclectic selections, but this time I wanted it to be a proper house mix with constant flow and integrity. Also something close to a real DJ set of mine."

Welcome to another edition of Get Physical's influential series, Full Body Workout. In celebration of their 10th volume, the label has a couple of surprises in store, digging deep to bring you some of the most innovative sounds; from classic favorites like Javier Logares and Tiger Stripes to amazing additions from Just Be and Nolan. Smash TV return to the compilation with another bomb "Stop Me," and the unstoppable duo also mixed the entire release. Everyone's favorite summer track "Ninety Five" by Flashmob gets a remix from Argy. And as always, Get Physical loves to ask their buddies to mix the compilation. Last time they asked Simon Baker, whose mix sold out almost immediately. This time, the beloved Smash TV boys are up. You'll love what they've done with it just as much as you love their epic, extended sets. A little slice of Berlin club culture at its finest for your very own. Other artists include: Dachshund & Quenum, Chris James, Simon Baker, and Sonartek & Andrea.

Kris Wadsworth released his debut album Life & Death on Get Physical Music in 2012 to much acclaim. The release marked a milestone in the artist's career, pushing him under the spotlight and into the welcoming arms of new fans. Now Get Physical proudly presents Death, the second vinyl-only release from the album, completing the package. As you should know, this limited pressing carries Kris' signature analog sound and his unique approach to music in general; favoring originality over conformation, warm dirt over superficial plastic shine.

Two tracks from London DJ Alexis Raphael plus a remix from Marc Houle are on this second installment in Heidi's Jackathon Jams series. "Brickwall" kicks off with sauntering percussion and a rubbery bassline soon to be invaded by wonky synths and FX along with a central vocal line. "You Can Do It" follows in a similar vein with another distinctive spoken male vocal entering the pulse of the rough-edged, jacking groove. Houle pioneer strips back "Brickwall" with his expansive approach.

Welcome to "Life," the first single from Kris Wadsworth's debut album, Life and Death. "Girl Talk" will get your hips swinging faster than a hula hoop. "Definition Of" opens with a nasty tone -- very dirty and very warm. The synths and underlying percussion feel funky, creating a sweaty atmosphere. "Gutter Pimp" opens a can of bass, topped off with skanky vocal lines and a great example of how to use delay/loop effects. "666"'s downtempo energy is awe-inspiring, throwing out Satanic sounds.

Boris Werner presents the Slow Dancin' EP for Get Physical. Strings and a relaxed rhythm feature in the title track, complete with ambient vocal samples. "Missing Out (Dedicated to Ed & Emma)" is a bit deeper, but with a warm feel. Then, like "Slow Dancin'," it catches you off guard with the beat. "Did It in Miami" opens with caution and an indecisive kick with other percussive elements slowly build into an invigorating tech house beat.

Following various single releases for well respected labels, Get Physical presents the debut album for American artist Kris Wadsworth. Kris has spent the better part of his life studying and producing electronic music. Born in Atlanta, but raised in Detroit, his first release at 17 would open the door to countless more on some of the world's most respected labels, including Studio !K7 and Poker Flat Recordings. Opening with the dark monologue of "Alienated American," the stage is set for a look into what Kris is capable of when he turns his thoughts to sound. Life and Death is not only an amazing album in itself, but a statement to all those who are willing to listen. It's an album not to be taken too seriously, but with a touch of satire and a pinch of dark sarcasm. While tracks like "Definition Of" are pretty straightforward in their own right, pieces like "Famous Anus" are full of irony. On the other end of the scale is "Girl Talk," a deep and gripping track, bringing a perfect late night vibe together through various pads and organic percussion. It's followed by "Ivory 313," a collaboration with Warp Records and Hot Flush sensation Jimmy Edgar. The album operates on a very natural level, providing deep dance floor gems along with timeless tracks for every occasion. Life and Death is not your typical dance album, it pushes boundaries and challenges your expectations because that's where it sounds best -- on the edge of your comfort zone, expanding your horizons and tastes while consistently delivering on all fronts.

Body Language has reached its 12th edition, proving that you can't keep a good dog down. Mixed previously by acclaimed artists like DJ Hell, M.A.N.D.Y., Modeselektor, Dixon and more, it's now time to hand over the controls to the next in line. This time it's Polish duo and Pets Recordings lead-men, Catz 'N Dogz. As the artists themselves explain: "We grew up listening to people like DJ Koze, Dixon and DJ Hell (previous Body Language mixers) so it's a big honor for us ... It's nice that some of the classics (that we love), will be now known and heard at home by other people; thanks to this compilation. This is our first official mix compilation, so we wanted to make it very special. Most of the older tunes we put in our mix have a lot of meaning to us. J. Antoni, Rhythm Plate, Schatrax or Gant -- we have them on vinyl and through all these years the records are so used, that it is impossible to play them anymore in the club, because the needle always skips and they are really hard to get! For our own label, Pets Recordings, we get a lot of demos, and we got in touch with some new talents like Eats Everything, Chmara Winter, Trikk and Squarehead. They made really cool exclusive tracks for us and every track is very different and special. We are especially very happy with the Chmara Winter track and the SLG edit of Chez Damier and Robert Bosco, because it adds another Polish artist to the mix; and these guys are really talented. We really wanted to show that it is possible to put every kind of genre of club music in one mix. That's the idea of the cover; it shows our heads cut in half and with layers inside. When we play in the club, we play very similarly and we change the mood very often and try to keep things fresh and the surprise factor high." Other artists include: Desolate, Soul Clap, Mel Blatt, Safeword, Saturn Never Sleeps, Sean Thomas, Rhythm Plate, Atjazz, Justin Martin, Pezzners, Braiden, Clay & Deller, Zack Toms' Parade, Till von Sein, Jon Hester, Laverne Radix, Elon, Alien Alien, Kari Amirian and Tin Man.
