SHIPPING INFORMATION
Q: When will my order ship?
A: Most orders ship within one business day. Orders are placed on hold if items are not in stock or if they are pending payment or shipping info. For more information about an order that you have placed, please log into your account and go to "My Account," or feel free to email our Mailorder Customer Service Department: mailorder@forcedexposure.com
Q: Do you ship to Europe/Asia/Australia/South America? How much does it cost? How long will it take?
A: We ship daily to countries all over the world. Freight costs are estimated during check out. If your address cannot be verified, freight will appear as “TBD” on your order receipt and we will contact you with a quote before shipping your order.
Q: Where is my package?
A: If your order shipped to an address within the United States, you can log onto your account and check the tracking info that is associated with your order. Tracking is also provided for international orders shipped via UPS or USPS Priority. Tracking numbers are also provided in the automated shipping confirmation email you’ll receive when your order ships.
Tracking is NOT available for international orders shipped via USPS First Class international.
If your order shipped via USPS First Class international and your package has been in transit an unusually long time, please contact mailorder@forcedexposure.com
Q: Do I have to pay customs duties or taxes on my mailorder package?
A: Yes, you are responsible for paying any duties or taxes charged by your country’s customs agency, as well as any customs brokerage fees charged by UPS. Unfortunately, we have no way to predict the time or extra cost incurred by customs inspection.
Q: I have a DJ gig tomorrow. Is it possible to ship my records overnight?
A: Of course. We offer the full range of UPS & USPS shipping options: 3 Day select, 2 Day, Next Day, etc. Use the appropriate drop-down menu during the checkout process to select your preferred shipping method. Most orders ship within 1 business day. Please note the date by which your order is required in the comments during checkout, and we will contact you if this will not be accommodated by the service you selected.
