After Erol Alkan and Boys Noize dropped the 100% analog tracks "Roland Rat" and "Brain Storm," Boysnoize Records proudly presents two idiosyncratic interpretations by two legends in electronic music -- "Roland Rat" got reworked by techno pioneer LFO (Warp Records), who sampled the rat and modulated it to death. The second remix comes from Dave Clarke together with Mr. Jones, who turned "Brain Storm" into a straight and dark, pumpin' monster.

Once again, Erol Alkan and Boys Noize have teamed up -- this time, for a stunning re-imagining of their smash single "Avalanche." The pair originally intended to commission a spoken-word interpretation -- the natural choice was the mellifluous Jarvis Cocker. On the remix tip, the duo enlisted Ewan Pearson, who re-routes proceedings to dubbed-out Berlin basement afterhours. Not to be outdone, Canblaster interprets the original as a low-slung, bleeptastic, old-school electro workout that rounds the package off in glorious style. On white vinyl.

Erol Alkan and Boys Noize proudly present the stunning Chilly Gonzales piano rework of "Waves." The legendary Chilly has been a long-time friend of Alkan's, lending some finishing production touches on his work. The piano rework comes backed with a spoken-word episode from Chilly explaining how one would translate a club "banger" into something your grandfather could get down with.
