He is perhaps best known for playing all manner of instruments with the bands of Kiran Leonard, Irma Vep, and Jim Ghedi. As dbh, he plays live and records albums of solo instrumental music, primarily on acoustic and electric guitar. Released in 2015, Mood is dbh's second album of solo instrumentals. It follows his debut, Time Flies (Crowfoot Records, 2013). It was recorded and mixed by Karl Sveinsson at Queens Ark Audio, Manchester, and mastered by George Atkins at 80 Hertz Studios, Manchester.
