Christian Dittmann is from Santiago, Chile and he delivers some peak-hour stormers for your techno after-party. With plenty of steady kicks, hi-hats and an even bass line, this is also a nice, subtle headphone record. Much more than background music, this is music for parties of mischievous indulgence where new ideas are formed out of closed-eye imagery and inspiration.

"Here we go again, another new act on Echocord, Christian Dittmann. He went to Mutek festival on his first visit to Chile in 2003, an experience that showed him the way from then on. His music has the influence of nature, with aquatic textures and floating landscapes, and certainly he likes the deepness of the wilderness, which mirrors in every song he makes. Instruments and recorded samples are used as textures and the beat patterns are subtle in their complexity, suitable for the rising and setting sun. This EP contains 3 deep, dubby, minimal tracks for the early hours. We welcome Christian to the Echocord-camp."
