2006 release. This is the first recording on Le Pop Musik that is not in the French language. Hamburg's Geka sings in English and was influenced by Serge Gainsbourg and the Beach Boys. Her solo debut may well be described as new acoustics. A German accent being reminiscent of Nico meets Francoise Hardy's phrasing. Produced by Tobias Levin (Tocotronic, Kante, Jens Friebe, Contriva).
