Al Kooper, live from the Record Plant, Sausalito, CA on October 23rd, 1974. Having played and recorded with Bob Dylan, the Blues Project, Mike Bloomfield, Stephen Stills, Blood, Sweat & Tears, the Rolling Stones, Lynyrd Skynyrd, and many others, Al Kooper was already a living legend by 1974. Broadcast that October on KSAN-FM, this rare solo performance finds him playing guitar, keyboards and vocals on an intriguing, emotionally charged selection of material.
