A La Mierda Lo Demas (Asesinando El Mito) is the second official album of the Peruvian punk rock n' roll band Leuzemia, edited in 1995, and it was the first comeback to activity after their breakup in 1986. The name of the album is about "disappearing the myth around them." This album by Daniek F (voice and guitar), Raul (Montaña) Montañez (Bass), and Kimba Vilis (drums) is loaded with punk and rock n' roll songs that became true anthems despite not having radio success and the record marked a real milestone in the Peruvian music scene. One of the headlines of the album is "El Asesino De La Ilusion" that symbolized, to a whole generation of Peruvian teenagers, the feeling of rejection of the abuses that occurred during the government of Alberto Fujimori, when human rights were repeatedly violated in Peru. The song is inspired by the events that occurred in the country in that year '95. Another key track is "Al Colegio No Voy Mas" (La Única Escuela Buena Es La Escuela Cerrada) written by Daniel F, who didn't finish secondary school and spent more time at the libraries reading Iggy Pop's essays and listening to Velvet Underground records. LP has the original artwork from the first CD and cassette edition and contains unseen photos and Los Saicos Demolicion cover. Red vinyl; gatefold sleeve.
