Germany-based Frank Lorber is a professional DJ a long time member of Cocoon Booking, and this is his second full-length mix release for Cocoon. Whether it be at Womb in Tokyo or at Twilo in New York -- Frank has played in all the big clubs on this planet and performed at many festivals such as I Love Techno, Mysteryland and Nature One. He has worked on projects with great artists like Sikora, Heil, Henze and Pascal Feos. His last album Jailhouse Rocker was released on Cocoon Recordings and showed once more Frank's great flexibility. In order to provide a platform for high-quality club music for himself and his fellow artists, the idea of a diverse, multi-styled record label came up in 2003, and since then he has released work by Project 69, Lorber/Sikora, Denis Rusnak, 2DollarEgg, Besier/Lorber and Someone Else. Besides that, he was able to get names like Jacek Sienkiewicz, Matthew Dear and Krikor for remixes. With Play, Frank shows once more, that, over the last fifteen years, he has always re-invented himself in a musical way, that he has continuously developed, and he gives a view on what is possible style-wise in the future. Artists include: Theo Parrish, Carl Craig, Cicada, Claude VonStroke, Mossa Mossa, John Tejada & Justin Maxwell, Fusiphorm, Someone Else, Raudive, Solieb, E. Besier & F.
