FIGURE 004LP
An outstanding artist since his earliest productions, Pablo Mateo now fully joins the ranks of Figure for his first album, Weird Reflections Beyond The Sky. This versatile album finally expands his complete creative vision of what techno music truly means to him. Weird Reflections Beyond The Sky is an album that is accessible to all audiences. When engaged with actively, it holds narratives deeply connected to personal experience, going beyond what words or even images can describe. Confronting the listener with their own complexity and emotions is both its feel and feature. A beautiful use of technology and synthetic sounds as a means to journey far within. An open invitation to drop all expectations and simply let the mind wander, creating an immersive soundtrack for each individual to explore. "Blew It" features Emika.

DRD 003EP
Pablo Mateo makes his debut with Dred and the hype is real. Pablo delivers two cuts of machine man house and techno. "Fazing Trees" is an emotional ride transporting spirits beyond physical worlds and deploys house music's most formidable instrument, the piano. "Free Drama" arrives with urgency and melodies that glide the dancefloor on an internal journey of light. John Osborn remixes the title track with swirling effect chains, huge kicks, and cascading pads. This release is a timeless club hit. No repress, ever.

CURLE 051EP
Curle first noticed Pablo Mateo on Muting the Noise, which was distributing LACKREC., Mateo's label. But before Curle could check out the record they bought, Mateo sent them some demos--either some serious data mining or a fantastic coincidence. The demos contained an array of styles, so the tracklist of this EP turned out pretty diverse, too: ranging from techno to house and back, or "Berlin house," as Mateo likes to call it. Expect to hear lots more from this super talented producer.
