Meat, aka Carsten Schumann, the owner of the long-established Frankfurt record store Freebase, teams up with Arno Völker from Einzelkind, who used to work at the shop, to put out his first production. Taking its name from an album by The Smiths, these three tasty cuts will sizzle on the dancefloor. The first track showcases a prowling, squelchy bass, underpinning deep chords that build and build until they hit a huge break down. The third track progresses from breakbeats into a driving tribal groove. With the last track, the duo's beats are reduced to the minimum, using a drum-heavy groove and a wild analog techno riff that is impossible to escape.
