CARRY 003EP
This is the "Carry On" theme by the masters of all things house, Motorcitysoul. The sanguine composition comes in two original versions. "Carry On Cruising" breathes the skills, talents and passion of trained jazz musician Matthias Vogt. "Carry On Cowboy" has a little more dirt and a most definite C-ROCK touch! Already stashed in the saddlebags of Will Kane, Ben Cartwright, Fuzzy Jones, etc. The remix by Good Guy Mikesh & Filburt merges proto-disco elements with minimal deep house. On clear vinyl.

SIMPLE 1047EP
Matthias Vogt and Christian "C-Rock" Rindermann aka Motorcitysoul, present the Ushuaia EP, an ode to the Ibizan beach club of the same name. The EP utilizes the duo's analog programming experience and inherent knowledge of all things house to capture the spirit of day and night at the esteemed beach party. Deetron turns up the heat with a stellar, almost anthemic remix on the flip side.

STIR15 037EP
Legendary deep house label Stir15 gives you a 12" of Motorcitysoul remixes. Matthias Vogt and O-Rock present a heavy-loaded package of deep house. With Sascha Dive and Jay Shepheard, all four "Cipher" mixes turned out to be just amazing. Sascha Dive's remix is built on driving beats, developing big-time floor potential. Vogt re-arranged "Cipher" into an epic musical masterpiece, C-Rock strips it down into a deep and tripped-out dub, and Jay Shepheard delivers a stellar deep tech-house groover.

AUS 709EP
"Monster Sydenham remix! Frankfurt's eclectic duo of C-Rock & Matthias Vogt return with their second release on Aus. They have released records under the moniker of Motorcitysoul for the past three years, putting out on Infracom, Stir15 and LoFi Stereo. Hailing from Germany's own Motown, the pair have developed a reputation for creating soulful and deep house that more than competes with their State-side counterparts, typified by their celebrated collaboration with vocalist Chez Damier 'Kids In The Streets' in 2005. 'Space Kätzle' has a beautifully simple yet immediately recognizable chord sequence, with layers of sparkling melody that cascade down the stereo pallet for what is a true end of the night anthem. For the remix, Jerome Sydenham toughens up the drums, adds a delicate tom pattern and backs up the original melody with his own chords taking the Space Cats (Space Kätzle) into a darker, more tribal place."

AUS 706EP
"Frankfurt's eclectic duo of C-Rock & Matthias Vogt have released records under the moniker of Motorcitysoul for the past three years, putting out on Infracom, Stir15 and LoFi Stereo before this, their first for Aus. Hailing from Germany's own 'Motor City,' the pair have developed a reputation for creating soulful and deep house that more than competes with their stateside counterparts. Kazan's taught, tough drums and a chunky sub bass combine with rich analog lead sequences and a heartfelt string line straight out of the Motor City to drive this track to its smiley, sweaty peak. An old school appreciation, futuristic production touches and a real musical pedigree give this real power and more than enough weight to ignite the floor. With My My's remix the original shines through the fantastically bouncy groove with enough delicate tweaks and flashes of their own sweet melody to make this My My through and through."
