Pool Boy is the side project of Swiss-born Canadian producer Cyril Hahn. From an art student staying afloat with a menial job in a coffee shop to being Annie Mac-approved, his rise to prominence is a modern-day internet success story. Rewind to 2013 when his pitch-shifted, game-changing reworks of classics evolved from casual SoundCloud uploads to Annie Mac, Romy Madley-Croft-endorsed hits (yep... of the xx). This sudden trend was followed up a couple of critically acclaimed EPs on the great PMR Records. In 2018, as he started to move away from club-ready music, he started digging into a more pop-leaning, ambient, traditional listening experience that led to the genesis of Pool Boy. In 2018, he releases his first Poolboy LP on Seb Wildblood's label Coastal Haze. The nine-track LP All Inclusive is a sun-drenched record bouncing between Balearic, house, and ambient vibes. It has that light, exotic sound that you will be increasingly obsessed with and that will perfectly fit your sunset rides this summer. Travelling along all these soundscapes and ambiances, Pool Boy invites his Canadian fellow Pacific Colliseum (Teen Daze) on "Pool House" for a cosmic house break. On another side, the LP will include a pack of three beautiful remixes from Gooch, Domenique Dumont, and Khotin reflecting the variety of influences on this record.
