A mysterious bootleg was being circulated in the DJ sets of some of the hottest tech house protagonists like Sven Väth, Ricardo Villalobos and André Galluzzi. The wildly programmed minimal monster with acid and Detroit flavor, and the insane vocals of a great funk pioneer made the floors burn regularly. Unfortunately, the first copies were sold out quickly, but Cocoon Recordings now releases the re-edit, and has even added a goodie: Cocoon Club resident C-Rock and his production partner Matthias Vogt (aka Motorcitysoul) took the original of "Switch the Lights" by Fuckaponydelic and now delivers a straight minimal acid-house track, which comes with new strings and trippy Detroit sounds for enormous floor potential.
