All the source material for these pieces was taken from the CD Bluecube by Kim Cascone, which was released on Rastermusic in 1998. These treatments contain a variety of DSP signal obliteration techniques; from the layered granulated textures of Terre Thaemlitz and Mego artist Pita's signature number crunching fury, to the somer organic entropy of V/VM, the work here is a top notch introduction to the post-digital genre of music known as 'glitch'.
