The Systematic label celebrates its fifth anniversary with a 2CD compilation and 5x12" box version, curated by label-head Marc Romboy, including a special mix CD by French DJ, Oxia. With more than 60 quality releases of highly-profiled artists such as Stephan Bodzin, John Dahlbäck, Booka Shade, Blake Baxter and Romboy himself, Systematic Recordings has become one of the most global, influential and successful imprints in tech house. Marc Romboy conceptualized the ambitious project to include more than 20 artists and friends of Systematic, with several exclusive tracks for the 2CD package, and the result is absolutely sensational. For example, Bodzin displays his trademark fresh and driving sound; Jerome Sydenham prepared a dark and groovy tech houser that has already been hyped by numerous top jocks; Robert Babicz presents a promising preview of his next album; Oxia & Nicolas Masseyeff tastefully re-explore house music, Markus Fix, Gorge & Nick Curly offer up a host of great, previously-unreleased tracks, and of course, Marc Romboy himself, with a track which proves that pads and spheric sounds are ultra-hot once again. This is a homogeneous mix with double the bang, ensuring that Systematic will be with us for 5 x 5 x 5 more years. Package designed by Taner Atamart. 5x12" vinyl edition is limited to 1,000 copies, with a firm promise that none of the 12"s will be released separately later. Other artists include: Ante Perry & Olivier Grégoire, Audio Soul Project, Mike Monday, Technasia, Steve Rachmad, Eyerer & Namito, Detroit Grand Pubahs vs. Frankie Bones, Jin Choi & Daso, Will Saul & Tam Cooper, Dachshund, F.E.X., Dimitri Andreas, Rodriguez Jr., and Spirit Catcher & Compuphonic.
