Second of four 12" previews of Marc Antona's 2011 Rules of Madness album (DISS 001CD). "All Against the Law" sets the sexy, intriguing atmosphere; from the beginning to the bitter end the hypnotic metallic triangle tickles, its gently dissonant and mysterious sound taking the role of the second but essential character. The core trip is triggered by the psychedelic honk of a passing train that builds the exhilarating, huge melodic repetition of the track. Voices then emerge, the organic sounds begging insistently as the sloping tension becomes steeper. "Spring Pack" is a fiery, groove-ridden sensation, with a rich bed of piano under hovering crackles and twitching twists above.
