"
SMÜ Is The Key EP
shows where it all started(SMÜ=Schwabmünchen). We can tell you stories about our childhood, but we do not want to waste your time. Stefan Sieber (Depend/Playmade) and Tobias Schmid (Audision/Playmade) grew up in the lovely tiny city called Schwabmünchen and fell in love with electronic music. Apart from their regular club venue, Auto.matic.music, they started playing around in the studio and produced
Smükhö
in 2005. The outcome was a deep and dark electro track which cools you down in the summertime and makes you feel even colder in the winter. With his mix 'Slowmo,' Stefan shows that you cannot find SMÜ in Finland, but in Bavaria. The aim of their label should be '&,' which can also be connecting people and crossing borders. Therefore, they asked Johannes Auvinen aka Tin Man for an acid oldskool remix. He performed live at their venue a year ago and put everybody in a trance with his 303."
