"Eltron is back! Here comes his follow-up EP to
Wirefall
, out on Festplatten. On
Its My Muse
, Eltron continues to develop his own style: still loving Chicago, still loving minimal and combining this with an organic, partially heavy, yet sexy funk. Eltron uses few elements and paints these, as if the dancefloor is a canvas. His tracks feed off the right moment at the right time and doesn't let them fall apart. 'Itsmy' starts of with a short 1:30 min a capella intro: a voice lets you know 'it's my floor' and when the bass drum kicks in there is no use in protesting. 'Muse,' a track that sounds like an upcoming thunderstorm during a hot summer: electrifying percussion draws you into dark spaces which are threatening and warm & beautiful at the same time. Dave DK has developed this basic mood into a magnificent, acoustic film in his 'Endless Summer' mix: it's summer, we're dancing as the sky starts getting darker and darker, but we keep on dancing and let the warm rain come down on us and wait for the first lightning to hit. But suddenly the sun finds its way through the dark cloud cover. Maybe we got lucky this time? We'll see."
