When notorious workaholics of rhythm The Excitements finally ended the two-year, 200-show international tour that followed the 2013 release of their second album, Sometimes Too Much Ain't Enough (PENN 004CD/LP), they immediately threw their road-sharpened repertoire into the studio to record their finest album to date, Breaking The Rule. This third album confirms that the big combo from Barcelona can do whatever they please -- caress you, kick you in the stomach, or both.
