With each track, Koerner & Treplec throw in a piece of a puzzling story; part of a riddle never intended to be solved. But in this imaginary soundtrack they feel totally comfortable, bearing fruit and entwining around the strong framework of rhythm. The journey starts with 'Bernd Im Glück' ('Bernd In Luck'), an impassioned eccentric sent on research into the world of early alien flicks: floating, uneasy soundscapes herald a pending invasion of unidentified flying objects. Claps and hats and noise will suck you into an irresistible maelstrom, as Bernd is drunk by this sensual orgy and willingly undergoes all these experiments even if nobody will believe him thereafter... afterwards, we recommend the 'Pflaume im Speckmantel' ('Plum in a Bacon Shell'): national dish of Andalusia, full of tradition and a very special lusciousness. Tingly at the beginning, unfolding its rich flavour after a while, stimulating with a fruity aftertaste. Recommended serving: unobtrusive light, ecstatic atmosphere, easy clothing.
