One Track Brain delivers Private Sky EP. "Private Sky" is inspired by the artist Calder. Eerie sounds (derived from samples of oil vessels) evoke his moving sculptures, while the industrial groove mimics the artist's at work in his atelier. "Temple" sucks the listener in like quicksand. The chords come up like a thick mist. "Hoo Too" is structured around a heavily effected "whistle solo" which sounds like the rain forest after a heavy rainfall. "Charm" features a lead again made by whistling and sound processing - a party in the micro-cosmos. Artwork by 88888 is inspired by Calder's moving structures.
