"After the creative break that followed the critically acclaimed maxi-series
The Sound of Warhammer 40.000
Art of Perception returns to jump start an all new concept. Simply entitled 'Love,' this seven-part vinyl-series covers the vast possibilities of redefining the love song in all its facets. The first release features two songs by Art-of-Perception label owner Maral Salmassi paving the way for the daring diversity that reflects the spirit of this project. 'Forever,' the A side, merges a touch of melancholic electronica with silky vocals and classical string arrangements. A bittersweet symphony that mirrors that gloomy season of winter and leaves a taste of tantalizing darkness. From a totally different point of view comes the motivation for the B side, entitled 'Does it Really Matter?.' A tight and minimal club monster. Rompin' and stompin' beats and furiously funky basslines drawn through by cracking sounds and sizzling samples, which meet an elaborate arrangement. This track hails the joy and playfulness of love itself."
