"Summer Games" blurs the lines between house, funk, and soul with rolling breakbeats, catchy vocal snippets, and a very groovy bassline, before melancholic strings appear in two chiseled breakdowns. The reflective "Black Cream" features a jazzy (almost broken) beat, guitar licks, Rhodes pads, subtle percussion, and ethereal vocals. "Finderlohn" is a smoky, down-tempo workout that begins with an instantly classic guitar-and-piano loop and shuffled breakbeat reinforced with double-time hi-hats, and then elevates with a mystical, psychedelic flute solo.
