Originally broadcast on KBFH-FM, the music captured in these sets by The Stephen Stills Band, Kris Kristofferson & Rita Coolidge, Weather Report, Irakere, and Fania All-Stars at the Karl Marx Theatre in Havana, Cuba, on March 3, 4, and 5, 1979, spans salsa, jazz-rock, singer-songwriter, and mainstream rock, all infused with the excitement and energy of the event itself.
