With his debut album Alcatraz (ARAS 006EP, 2015), ARAS label head André Galluzzi developed with a concept album inspired by occult sounds and psychedelic vocals. Galluzzi returns to ARAS with remixes of the hypnotic track "Mathilda" - time to welcome Mike Shannon and Jacek Sienkiewicz to the ARAS family. These remixes provide very deep and reduced, futuristic interpretations. Shannon has produced tracks which have become go-to fixtures for the industry's best DJs. Sienkiewicz, a key figure in Polish electronic music scene, always try to find a right balance between the avant-garde and dancefloor.

Maher Daniel & Matthew Dekay produced the first track, "Tauben," for Marcuca Rec. This track features rolling bass lines and a floating synth part combined with gentle vocal elements. As the head of Paso Music, Marc Miroir has released many records, including his album debut Hitting Home. "Under Control" is the result of shared production between Marc and Asem Shama. It has an excellent, massive groove with some dark vocals and a very strong, hypnotic atmosphere.

"Consciousness" is a massive 12-minute dancefloor killer, starting with a nice synth loop and some heavy kicks. Halfway through, the track turns from a warm, hypnotic break into a real peak-time monster. "Pure" starts a little bit deeper with sounds that will make you yearn for the sun.

Taking its cues from their label nights at Berlin's Panorama Bar, André Galluzzi and Dana Ruh have solidified ARAS into an imprint based around expanding upon the creative energy that they both share. With "Trambolla," the EP begins with tribal beats and infectious arrangements that seamlessly build upon each other. The percussion especially stands out amongst the Latin-tinged bongos, hi-hats, and hand claps. "Thelema" demonstrates Galluzzi and Ruh's equal comfort in creating darker and heavily pounding tracks.
