"Excellent digital roots tune which saw a very limited release (vocal only) nearly 20 years ago. Now properly re-released with version side out for the first time, featuring original 'Still Cool' collaborator Pablove Black on the rhythm."

2021 limited restock. "Eight song dub LP in hand silkscreened disco jacket. First time reissue of this rare and obscure Germain produced dub LP from 1983. This LP was long a source of confusion for collectors. Only ever released in small quantity on a Germain label with no titles or credits, this LP came in either a generic disco jacket or in the jacket for the totally unrelated and (then) aborted Jah Life In Dub LP. The eight tracks on this LP include some prime Germain roots rhythms of the day, including a very sound system/dubplate style choice of three different cuts of the 'Dirty Harry' rhythm! We're happy to make this excellent LP now available to all, in a great looking hand silkscreened disco jacket, adorned with its fitting new title of Pre-Release Dub!"

"Long needed reissue of producer Donovan Germain's first dub LP from 1979. Rhythms laid at Channel 1 with the Revolutionaries, and mixed at Joe Gibbs' studio by Errol T and Errol Brown. Featuring killer dubs to some of Germain's best productions of the time, including tracks by roots harmony legends Cultural Roots. This LP was originally released thru Brooklyn's legendary Keith's record shop, and a couple of the song titles give a nod to the shop's crew. The brilliant cover art shows you a couple well on their way to what the title suggests."

"Another long needed reissue of this 1981 dub LP, the third volume in producer Donovan Germain's dub LP series. Rhythms laid at Channel 1 and Joe Gibbs, mixed at Channel 1 by Scientist. Again featuring a solid selection of tough Germain rhythms of the day, with our man on the cover, now aided by some sensi, still dubbing it off her two years later."

"Andrew Bees has two of his finest tunes in 'Struggle & Strive' and 'Life in the Ghetto.' These stand right beside his classic 'Militant' on Music Lion as early classics of the emerging style."
