Oshana's first EP release with Brouqade is reminiscent of summer and good times past. Rhythmical gem "I Don't Write Lovesongs" is transformed into a colorful crescendo of evolving synth notes and chugging percussion. Wiping away the melancholy, Alejandro Vivanco builds his remix around an organic bass line. The emotional "Finale" of the EP begins with pads which take hold of you while the percussion leads you on an endless journey. The deep house groove of this track will demand the attention of house lovers and techno fanatics alike. The complex rhythmic structure of Dana Ruh's remix punctuates the sultry, dancefloor-friendly atmosphere.

Brouqade 031 features Dana Ruh, bringing classic house vibes to keep your hearts warm as things begin to cool down. "Mawan" is a beatless percussion-based track with beautiful vox. Fred P's Reshape of "Mawan" brings the thump while still bringing a classic deep house flavor with dubby pads and classic piano notes. It's sure to liven up the dancefloor while still keeping the poetic and beautiful vibe of the original. Lastly, "Blue Moon" is a more dancefloor-ready track. On this one Dana mixes elements of deep house and techno together flawlessly, creating an extremely nice, spaced-out groove.

"Danilo Schneider's follow up release on Brouqade comes with two tracks and one remix to celebrate the warm breath of summer 2009. 'Fragrances' is floating with a tenderly smelling hook line in to the sound system, using the breaks for breathing and swelling up, accompanied by well created smooth tambourine pattern. Snapper, discreet percussion, vocalcuts completing the sound of this track. 'Cat Eyes In The Morning' its combining a heavy drumline with cheesy latin percussions and discriminating pads to a deep track, perfect for the peaktime-startup. The break it's a perfect moment to enjoy the excellent subtle work. With 'Naughty Cat Remix' by Dana Ruh a great rework is stumping around the corner! A massive bassline filled with deep pads, a driving organ, reversed vocalcuts not betraying the secret, turning this track undeviating through a one minute break in to a rollin' peaktime smasher! Hope you enjoy."

"Yehaa! After releasing a remix for Dana Ruh's 'Nolana' on the Vochi Vochi EP and an amazing track on the Itchy Feet EP, Frank Leicher honors us again with an own EP on Brouqade. With 'Boogie Nights' he presents a strong track with a heavy bassline, filled with lots of percussions and a nice delayed vocal sample. First part of 'Senkel' comes with deep subs and is more dry until the break. Beware of the nice clap, that excels impressive, in every drumfree second! Excellent work! Patrick Reith's remix of 'Boogie Nights' is a rollin, massive submonster. He used only a few cutted vocal snippets from the original track for his breaks. Perfect for the prime time!"

"On BQD 008, Dana Ruh comes up with 2 tracks focused on percussion elements and groove. Frank Leicher delivers a perfect rework to make this EP complete. 'Vochi Vochi' in the beginning is calm. It works with percussion from break to break. Some vocals of a raggaman are used as a groove element but also in a break to announce the peak of this track. It's clear structured, quite functional, with a massive baseline. 'Nolana Elegans' is deeper than 'Vochi Vochi' but also massive! The mixture of percussion, a short vocal, a Chinese instrument and, finally, a heavy baseline makes it effective as hell. Frank Leicher takes the most important elements of 'Nolana Elegans' and creates a new groove, takes some effects as the spice and.. voila, this great remix is born!"

"With Better Thrill it's our great pleasure to welcome Benjamin Fehr, label owner of Catenaccio Records, to Brouqade. We refined Benjamin's work, which once again stands out with his unique handwriting, with a remix by Dario Zenker. The result is a remarkably timeless EP. Sticky and flitting 'Better Thrill' fans the ear. The track comes with a straight groove, lascivious vocals and an analog bassline. Unpredictable and perfectly placed sounds climax into a sudden break: Overload! And what does the track do? It just grooves on ignoring the incidents. What is left behind is a song that hypnotizes the mind and stays forever. Dario Zenker's remix perfectly catches the mood of its archetype. With its captivating depth, he conjures a rolling techno track. With his passion for details, Dario Zenker creates a continuous sound that never misses the chance to renew itself. At the end it is finally there, a track with only one certificate: Extremely club-oriented!"
