Second album of French incendiary fake big band Parasite Jazz. A krautrock, jazz-non-jazz, experimental album recorded along four seasons by three musicians (Alex Larsen, Tamara Goukassova, and Théo Delaunay) from the French fringes; members of Succhiamo, Diagonale des Yeux, Simple Music Experience, and Violent Quand on Aime. Featuring Radio Hito, Kyle Knapp (Deliluh), and Hochiwah. After its first release in 2023, the tiny big band Parasite Jazz brings its public iterations to fruition with this testament to an alternate reality, matured voyaging across France over the span of four seasons. It sees the music flee through exuberant forests and steep troglodytes; a parallel genre movie with a soundtrack of diluvian rhythms, mocking chants, jazz noir and voodoo accidents. In this shifting, autonomous world, the elastic orchestra -- whose members keep on appearing and disappearing -- plays for nocturnal secrets and feverish cavalcades.

A French artist based in Brussels, Che Vuoi presents her first album Cinecittàx, a nod to the great Italian studio, and a tribute to false dreams. A theatre at the back of a run-down piano bar, where surreal and intimate scenes unfold; words and stories drawn from disparate sources: Fellini, G. Réal, Diderot -- or written by herself, spoken, shouted or barely whispered by an altered voice. Noises, samples, a drum machine, a brush on a snare drum, a piano spinning round and round until it reaches delirium and its own abolition, leaving listeners suspended in a constant in-between or a time that never truly existed. Wild broken heart healing procedure through time distorted tape recordings by T. Delaunay (Panoptique), D.L. Byrne (Charmaine's Names) and J. Warmenbol (Kabaal). A new emanation from the Simple Music Experience collective (Fiesta en el Vacìo, Helen Island, Parasite Jazz...) Minimalistic mystery pop by the clue chasers De Klok, who recorded their spontaneous first album under one moon and one sun during an intense session of investigation, bribery, calculations, doubts, and beard-scratching. The result: 14 tracks recorded on tape -- including hazardous interludes. A glimpse into this post-spy-punk world, made up of croon-y voices, hypnotic basslines, and lo-fi drums, by the three international agents Charmaine's Name, Kabaal, and Constance Chlore/Panoptique. Originally released on cassette by Simple Music Experience, the vinyl version includes two new tracks, all remastered.

French non-jazz trio overflowed by Simple Music Experience's funders Tamara Goukassova, Théo Delaunay and Alexandre Larcier, offering a 40 minutes of non-simple music madness, and navigating between a dozen of etiquettes from undecided space rock to motorik-infused-dub, medieval folk, cartoon trance; everything under the seal of psychedelia and half-improvisation. Built from drums, violin, springs, samples, reiterations, overdubs, trumpets, synths, distortions; and the appearances of Luna Cedrón, Luca Retraite, Kyle Knapp (Deliluh), F. Mazzocchetti (Maoupa Mazzocchetti). Chimera embraced by three members of the Simple Music Experience label, also (co-) liable at one point for the acts of Axel Larsen, (The) Simplists, Violent Quand On Aime, Constance Chlore, T. Goukassova, Radiante Pourpre, Succhiamo, or Panoptique; Parasite Jazz emerged in 2016 in the smoke of a suspicious performance on Simple Music TV. An improvised and protean artifact at birth, the project settled down at the end of 2020 as a trio (Axel Larsen, Constance Chlore, Tamara Goukassova) in Marseille, then as a sextet during the Illusio festival in the summer of 2021. A series of concerts with a shifting line-up followed -- Kyle Knapp, Luca Retraite and Luna Cedrón sometimes appeared and with them, spontaneous incandescences. This first series of collective hallucinations took the form of an album during a perilous recording at Grrrnd Zero (Lyon) in October 2021, and is completed by live recordings gleaned over the course of the summer episodes.
