"After the last fantastic release on Fumalab we now make a stop in South America, in Santiago de Chile. There is a lot going on in Chile's electronic music scene and DJ Felipe Valenzuela is one of the agitators of the night in Santiago de Chile with one foot in Latin America and the other one in the old continent. He is a fresh, young, and talented producer; we will hear a lot from him in the future. He took piano lessons for a long time and his first producer steps started in 1995. Felipe is a DJ since 2002. He organized small underground parties in Santiago de Chile shortly after he traveled to Europe, especially Spain. From this experience, great alliances have been created with bookings and excellent agencies. 'Alicante' is a spherical and hypnotic track which takes you on a journey through Chile. There are spoken words in combination with a dreamy chorus and typical sounds from Latin America. 'Alicante' evolved from a team work as Rockit-F. This is Felipe Valenzuela together with Fernanda Diaz. 'Dive' is a percussive, mental track with sound snatches ranked together with a very special feeling. It's a long trip -- call it a lesson into rhythm and drums. The music kicks you discreet the whole time. 'Dive' emerged from collaborating with Felipe Venegas. He's also known from releases on Immigrant."
