Giant Records enter the new year with an EP from Polish producer Mariuz Kryska. "Low Jam" dives into a deep drum lead swing, reminiscent of old Todd Terry beats, all topped off with spoken words and tight hats and rides. Sascha Dive gives "Low Jam" a slowed-down dubby feel with dubbed-out stabs that evolves into a deep house sound. "No Perspective" is a relentless bass-heavy workout which weaves around some slick west coast gangsta rhymes and Detroit style strings and pads. Grant Dell's take on "No Perspective" leans on the Detroit style pads and adds some off kilter 808 beats.

Giant Records' tenth release is from New York born Adam Collins (Omni Am). "Day 2 Day" builds and snakes itself into a bottom bass-heavy house jam -- Chicago-style keys mold the snare and hats into an infectious workout. The next cut is from Carl Finlow as Random Factor. The track swells nicely with warm atmospheric pads and sprinkles of emotive keys, with an electro style hook. LA based producer Mieka Du Franx strips the original down to the bare essentials and gives it a tuff minimal feel. Echo Of Glory takes the track on an acid-tinged workout.

Two killer cuts from Ettore Angrisani, AKA Highest Sound Levels, hailing from Naples, Italy. "Colours Of Underground" features late night, heady vibes that have the hallmarks of Italian deep house classics. Grant Dell provides a nice stripped down remix of the track, with a dubby groove and dark atmospheric stabs. "Sub Remote Concept World" sees Ettore take the listener on a twisted journey into a druggy spoken-word jam, with a sub bass that will shake many a dancefloor. Sascha Dive remix lightens the mood and brings a nice subtle house vibe to the track. Edition of 150; Hand-stamped and numbered.

South London house label Giant Records offers up its eighth release. After a chance meeting on a London bus, Grant Dell and David Beiger got to talking about house music and it resulted in David sending Grant these two wicked cuts. Beiger's The Dream Factory EP is ladened with twists and turns of cinematic tech funk - two original cuts here from German born David. Grant Dell's take on "Dream Factory" is a heavy blend of tribal work outs, Shaka Zulu chants, and shouts with some heavy sub-bass to boot.

Darren Roach presents his electronic house fusion on Ionian EP. Darren's depth of creative flair and technical finesse is wildly evident within the title track's purposeful deep, elevated groove. Melodic bursts intertwine and flourish among an array of intricate atmospheric key parts and crowd-stomping beats. Echo Of Glory's remix crafts a steadfast electronic delight from his luscious sonic perspective. The track extracts a vocal sample from the gorgeous Moloko song "The Time Is Now". Funtom's remix sweeps the listener along into a sphere of ambient/tech house - light melodic undertones and minimal soaring synth parts.

"Sing With Me" - is in the same vein of the Mannheim house sound made popular by artists like Nick Curly and Christian Burkhardt. Brett's offers a deep but driving track centered around an African boy singing, chopping the sample up to create a choir of ethereal voices. As the track progresses with some dramatic synth tweaks & sweeps. "Speaking Japanese" - The core inspiration for this track is based on a sample from a song by M.A.N.D.Y.. It is eight minutes of over driven 909s, rolling bass lines and a pad so thick you need a fork to eat it.

Echo of Glory presents Those Dark Lines. "Those Dark Lies" is a deep down and dirty house track that snakes to and fro with curious little melodies rising off slithering drum line. More lush synths and some muttered vocals bleed into the fray and add a subtly uplifting sense of emotion and color. The remix by Jeff Bennett has a slick groove that is laden down with frenzied delay and energetic techno stabs. It is much more pumped than the original but remains smooth round the edges as it makes you pump your fist and stamp your feet.

2015 release. Grant Dell presents In Your Mind, complete with fresh remixes by Scottish techno stalwarts Silicone Soul. The glowing house cut "In Your Mind" has a neat bassline and mid-tempo house drums, subtle but effective synth smears adding warmth to the groove, and soul-fueled vocals adding personality. Comes with Grant's own "Space Echo Remix". As the title suggests it's a more dubby and reverb rich affair. Silicone Soul's first remix is a "Darkroom Dub", a seductively slo-mo and lazily unfolding house cut. Their lush "Hypnohouse Mix" is a twinkling, late night bit.

Grant Dell presents The Way We Feel. "The Way We Feel" has filtered-out dub stabs evolve around a Timothy Leary inspired spoken-word, dark heady madness. Tom Gillieron's remix twists and turns, making a wicked spaced out techno jam but keeping the swing on the drums and the snap on the sub lead groove.

2015 release. Mark Allister presents Not Going Back, a proper old school tech-house groove which he sings on. The release starts with Mark's original mix, built from crisp drum patterns and lush swells. Featuring Mark's vocals, it's a sure fired dancefloor track. The next version is from Canada's finest, Jay Tripwire. He delivers what he calls his "Marimba Machine Redux ' and it's exactly that, a future dancefloor classic for sure. Next up is Grant Dell's version, building the track around Mark's vocal and adding depth with some Kraftwerk-style keys and synth lines.
