Guitarist Eddie Glass and drummer Ruben Romano formed Nebula in 1997 after breaking away from desert rock pioneers Fu Manchu, eventually recruiting bassist Mark Abshire. The power trio specializes in feedback-drenched heavy rock, incorporating liberal doses of Black Sabbath riffery, psychedelia, and space rock. The band released a number of EPs before moving onto full-length albums like 1999's To the Center and 2001's Charged. They've mainly distinguished themselves as a very hard-working live unit Nebula creates pure guitar-driven, conscious expanding rock for the 21st century. They are a culmination of their rock forbearers such as Jimi Hendrix, MC5, The Stooges, and Mudhoney turned up a notch, taken to the next level, and blasting through space. Nebula spread their gospel through their music and what they are preaching will leave the congregation on the floor. In 2017 the band decided to reissue three of their crucial early works via Heavy Psych Sounds Records: 1998's Let it Burn, 1999's To the Center, and 2002's Dos EPs, which includes the material originally released on 1999's Sun Creature and a Nebula/Lowrider split. Followed by the re-release of Nebula's Charged and the special release of Demos & Outtakes '98-02 in early 2019, this summer and after 13 years will be seeing the band return with not only a new line-up but also their brand new full-length, a news that will definitely make every desert rock-heart beat faster.

Electric Citizen returns with their fourth album, EC4 -- a powerful statement of renewal and raw energy. Written by Ross Dolan with contributions from the full band, the album was meticulously crafted over several years and recorded with Mike Montgomery and John Hoffman at Candyland Studio in Dayton, KY. The album was mixed by Collin Dupuis (Lana Del Rey, The Black Keys) in Detroit and mastered by JJ Golden at Golden Mastering in California. The album art was created by Neil Krug (Lana Del Rey, Tame Impala, Weyes Blood), who the band worked with for their first album, Sateen. Now signed to Heavy Psych Sounds, the band is ready to unleash their most potent work yet -- a fusion of hypnotic grooves, searing guitars, and Laura Dolan's mesmerizing vocals. EC4 is both a homecoming and a rebirth. Electric Citizen is back! Also available on black vinyl (HPS 357LP), red vinyl (HPS 357LTD-LP), and red/white/yellow vinyl (HPS 357ULTRA-LP).

Repress in CD of this amazing album featuring tracks of the first EP Through The Devil's Doorway and the debut full length Capricorn. "Orchid have become a great band, from a good band that tended to rely on Sabbath-isms a little bit too much for their debut. But in no certain terms is that a bad thing. Few bands could play like this and pull it off with vigor and soul. Orchid did that, and The Zodiac Sessions is definitely worth a listen. It riffs and grooves hard, sometimes that's all you need." --The Sleeping Shaman

LP version. Yellow/orange/red color vinyl. Margarita Witch Cult captured lightning in a bottle with their 2023 debut -- a blink-and-you'll-miss-it behemoth that saw the band thrash and burn through Europe and the UK, picking up legions of fans and touring with the likes of Cancer Bats, Monster Magnet, and Nebula. Now, the Birmingham trio are set to pick their teeth with the bones of their own past -- as their second LP Strung Out In Hell takes everything that was so compelling about their debut and turns the knob up to 11; rips off the knob; throws the knob into the fires of hell and cackles maniacally in the wake of its demoniacal glory. From top-to-tail, "Strung Out In Hell" is a cloven hoof to the chest; a dizzying descent through infernus. It will caress you only to chew you up and spit you out. It is the soundtrack to the afterparty of all life on earth. Succumb to its sordid siren song. Bolder, stranger, and downright more-mean, there's no better time to jump on the Margarita Witch Cult train- and it's going straight down, fast.

Repress of the Orchid second full length. "Strong riffs, a tight rhythm section and psychedelic background guitar passages are the first things that come to mind when trying to describe how the album sounds. Theo Mindell's voice bears some resemblance to Blackie Lawless' and while W.A.S.P. isn't the first band that comes to mind when thinking of doom metal and stoner rock, his voice fits the music perfectly. The production is spot-on, guiding the listener's thoughts to the sound of 'Master Of Reality' while still sounding modern." --metal-archives.com
