"Ecstasy Of St. Theresa are the only Czech group, that made it into the UK charts and recorded a session with John Peel. They have now confirmed their position at the forefront of the Czech independent music scene with this, their new album: a downbeat hybrid of Moloko and experimental beats. Fusing the sound of traditional instruments with electronic background noise the record proves that delicate, emotional music can also be audacious and non-traditional at the same time. Its musical content reflects what's happening in the world of modern experimentation. For example, no drums are used in the song 'I'm (Not Really) Optimistic'.
