Two genius Polish citizens called Pol_On are spreading a mysterious virus. The virus itself splits into two different strains: "Will Dance With You" -- the first strain, also called the peak-time strain, has mostly been heard in clubs and causes uncontrollable dance moves, heavy sweating and strongly-increased happiness. "Poloniusz Style" -- the second strain, is an all-nighter. Particular to this kind of infection is a sudden impulse to throw your hands up in the air. Cover your mouth and nose.

The history of music is full of memorable partnerships. This time, Connaisseur sub-imprint Outils presents a brand-new collaboration of two well-known artists: Daso teams up with Franklin de Costa. These tracks dig deeply into house history, are then transferred into an up-to-date production, and therefore provide two top-notch house tools for various occasions. To complete this floor-oriented package, dOP rework "Cato's Hideout." One sequence, drumming and some crazy vocal snippets that are basic, raw and humorous.

Outils du Connaisseur presents their second strike with Afrilounge member, Liapin. Basila is his first solo release, and an impressive one: two deep and slamming house tunes, basic, nitty-gritty and stripped-down. "Basila" features massive, slapping bass, rolling drums and shreds of guitar, while a hypnotizing vocal in the break bewitches you. "Black Mamba" features a bass line so corporal, it should have its own social security number. The track continuously creeps forward, ready to spit its poisonous venom.

Outils du Connaisseur is a new imprint for house-related tools and dubs. The word "outils" means "tools" in French, so the literal translation is: The tools of the connoisseur. Music for DJs: simple but highly effective. This first release is by Martin Beume from Cologne, all tracks have already received massive feedback by DJs such as Laurent Garnier, Loco Dice, Karotte, Audiofly, Marco Carola, Raresh, etc. "Nexus" is somewhere between house and techno, reduced to a stoic marching groove. Includes a dub mix by Moodymanc.
