This is October's first release for Perspectiv. With three singles on his own label Caravan, October's organic techno cuts and thuds add physicality to his productions. "Say Again" features a female vocal loop, throbbing with pulsed melodic tone, punching live percussion and a deep bass line. "Go Outside" is a darker, deeper and more ethereal work -- stuttering beats are glued together by a warm synth melody. Resonant percussion and phased keys submerge the track into a claustrophobic climax.

Ripperton presents Leonor's Lanugo -- an electronic meditation on a pregnancy. The track is all about heartbeat, existential questions and melodies of hope. For the remix, Anders Ilar constructs a mental reinterpretation.

Switzerland's Ripperton and Sam K present the first Perspectiv compilation called Family Tree, with 11 unmixed, unreleased, DJ-friendly tracks from the label's favorite artists hailing from Lausanne, Geneva, Amsterdam and Hamburg. Minz strike back with a brand new song called "The Man With The Kite" and a high dancefloor burner remix of his "Chinese Drip" by the owner of Plak Records, Chaton. Mark August presents "Bende," a track with a unique, deep and emotional touch. Next are three new additions to the label: Quenum, who drives everyone crazy with a massive minimal house tune, the groove magician Quarion, who shakes up the house with the burning "Takin' No Shorts" and Vanhai, who runs with the demons and angels with the incredibly sensitive "Faith." Masaya continues to keep your attention with her vocal and mental atmosphere on "Intentar." Meanwhile, Daria elevates us all to the sky with the morning love anthem, "Alpaga." Three close friends delivers three non-stop floor-fillers: Agnès presents "The New Beat Corps," with a fiery, orchestral sound that will remind you of those old '70s big booty shakers, while NDRU spins minimal groove, perfect for after hours exhaustion. Laurine Frost returns after his huge Ghosts EP to deliver a journey into a magical percussive trip. This is music that will save the world and the dancefloor.

"Introduced by James Holden, Lucy (Curle rec) is a new Italian talent based in Paris. On the A-side, the amazing 'Glass Computer' (co-produced with friends) is an odyssey into electronic music and a catchy beat. Seven minutes of happiness and emotion for the crowd. After his wonderful last release on our label, Masaya (Perspectiv/Num Rec) makes the dub and he looks like a trip into a deep forest with his minimal tribal bassline, through the trees at night. Simply wonderful. On the flip side, the Amsterdam-based Mark August (Poker Flat, Connaisseur, Curle, Mezzotinto), is making one of the best remixes for the ages. With his unique touch, Mark takes us by the hand into his very personal universe. Funk, magic deepness and killer break out, this is one of the best remixes you will hear this year, no doubt! At the B2 floor, you will find the second original track from Lucy, 'Noedrocca.' Sweetness is our weakness. This is like a conversation with an angels."

"Stop & listen! This is the next hyped producer. Laurine Frost presents here its first EP on Perspectiv and it is of pure beauty & tightness. A1., 'Ulisses' is one of the most funky beats we've heard for a long time! Incredible beats, legs on fire before that huge synth renders the whole track totally irresistible. A2., Ripperton put an incredible housey and minimal touch for a devilish reshake. B1., 'Amfora' is an epic 11 minutes full of emotion in a pure minimal house style! The sun in the eyes, we still feel that seaside wind in the neck dancing at that superb after-hours party on the beach, meet you there! B2., the original 'Papillon' take. Simply wonderful. Nothing less."

"After her incredible release on Num with Ripperton, 'Sunshine Chile' Masaya comes back with another track full of emotions! The A-side hosts the original track, in a pure minimal house style. You'll find on this side too the amazing Sam K rework. The deep & crunchy 'El Choquero' reshake is an after-party hurricane. On the Agnès side, the funkman kill us with two reinterpretations: the first one comes in a pure Detroit style and kills everyone on its road. Massive hook synthz, catchy basslines & house-styled drums. This is a pure 2007 nu anthem. The second remix is a pure Agnès minimal groove. Like a spiral into the deepness & minimalism. In one word: huge."

"Minz is simply introduces himself with a few words: 'Influenced by techno, house, acid & dub, Minz creates deep electronic dance music with attention to detail.' And believe us, we know why; the clever Amsterdam talent is spending effectively more time onto his music then on words and he sure achieves ground breaking stories with his premier medium of deep and detailed modern dance music. On the A-side, Minz gifts us with the unbelievable 'Chinese Drip.' A pure mix of modern minimal music and the too long left asleep 'deep' side of things, this track is indeed a delightful journey through the Minz world; groovy, sexy, deep and incredibly dance appealing. Oceanic oscillations starting from below the sea level and reaching the sky to dive again! The tool of 2007! The B-side hosts an even deeper cut: 'We Are The New Me' sports a Basic Channel-inspired groovy beat, sparkling spacey sound designs and that ultra-deep bassline that just gets you on the floor. Minz is clever enough not to follow his predecessors and develops a very personal groovy and delightful track. Finally, 'None-Of-The-Mill' is a wonderful piece of the Minz ambient world enlightening us with a different point of view."
