When it rains, it pours! Which is a good thing, if the soil is dry. The second return of Tiger & Woods in almost no time falls on fertile ground. After DJs on Film has been eagerly embraced, they keep the ingredients, but change the dishes. Consummate and catchy, sweeping and simple DJ music with a penchant for hooks and hits. "Silly Little Games" (also featuring long-time collaborator 'Em) evokes the rescue of an unreleased Editainment reel with a hidden new beat feel. "Wild Stream" is the sort of shattered mirror ball that came out of Shake Shakiest studio and Claude Young would have needed two copies off, while "Fake U" and "Do It to Me" are eternal classics.

Sometimes you go to take a step back to go forward. What sounds like a Ferris Bueller quote and can be as easily applied as a seatbelt, also holds true for the long over-due and outright return of Tiger & Woods. Four tracks that are as classic as they are catchy and as simple as the monochrome label that carries their titles. Drawing conclusions from an extended period as a DJ team and before going back to their esteemed and critically acclaimed live set, it's all made for dance floors and with their conductors in mind. Going back to their roots, it marks the start of a series with raw takes and an authentic aesthetic. The job of feet is walking, but their hobby is dancing. "Sue Me" and "License To Vibe" (featuring long-time collaborator 'Em) sound like they were ripped straight from an unreleased Editainment reel. On the other side, "Chicken Bone" and "16 Red" are even straighter on the DJ tip: turning French house Italian. Powerful and punchy. No samples were harmed during the filming of this record!

Limited 2022 restock. Roar again! Tiger & Woods are back with the follow-up to Unleashed Tapes Vol. 1 (RBTW 004EP). Flipping two sides of the same coin, i.e. the Tiger sound. Vol. 2 is as tough as it is tender. "Chili Dip'" is a variation on the classic micro-boogie-sampling turned Italian touch peak-time banger theme adrenergic. "Moonswing'" on the other side, takes it nice and easy: ten minutes of tension and release.

Gatefold 2x12" version. The second studio album for Tiger & Woods not only marks a desired return to a specific format, but is also a huge leap forward in their area of expertise. Their brand of fun and functional dance music gets broadened by influences from electronica, Italo disco and up-tempo house, while keeping a groove that is distinctly linked to what some people refer to as boogie. After travelling the world from left-to-right and from top-to-bottom with a live-set to boot and skillful DJ sets that resemble that genre melting approach, On The Green Again is the result of spending valuable studio time at the "Tiger's Lair" - a carefully-built new work place that plays its own part in the creative process for the prolific production team responsible for starting T&W Records. Honing a craft that is rooted in edit culture as an ethos, but has since long left that bumpy road dependable on samples and their clearance, Tiger & Woods make On The Green Again work as an album that defies the difficulty usually attached to such ventures. Ten brand-new tracks make up the course between peak-time prime cuts similar to "RockMeLoveMe" or "Come And Get My Lovin" and an almost heart-aching track like "Endless Affair". Mixed with bits and pieces in-between and neatly placed between a classic intro and outro segment, these tracks are a testament to that aforementioned wider scope. To put it in a nutshell, On The Green Again is not concerned with leaving a comfort zone, but with making the listener comfortable no matter which zone they are in.

Already doing the rounds and the damage for a while, Unleashed Tapes Vol. 1 is finally officially available. A special treat from the Tiger's lair with a different and darker twist, one that seeks out the darker and more dodgy discotheques on the side streets and in the backyards where the trough has no flush and the mirror balls have never been cleaned. Automatic rhythms and electronic dancing sound made years after the future.

The Scoring Clubs Pt.2 EP is the inaugural release on T&W Records. Brought to life by Tiger & Woods and associates, T&W Records is home to all things Tiger & Woods, from legit-sample songs and upbeat boogie beats to darker deeds. It starts with the epic and infectious disco trancer "Boca" and its counterpart, the T&W classic-sounding "No More Talking." Sampled and cleared, sliced and spiced. Powered by Running Back.
