Aaaron continues his journey through mystic synthesis with his fifth EP for Connected, Cosmic Soul EP. On "Cosmic Soul", a rhythm section playing robotic funk against an esoteric drone meets a melancholic piano refrain and pleading vocal monotones that go dubwise. Synthetic textures reminiscent of Blade Runner 2049 form a backdrop for a skeletal drum figure on "Mercy", as soft Kraftwerk-like notes filter in-and-out. Imagine a classical symphony based on two or three chords, revolving and hypnotizing, set against a drumscape of toms and unnaturally pitched and distorted snares. You've got "It's Not Over".

Aaaron presents Entropy EP on Connected. Aaaron is closely associated with Rampa, Kalyma and Florian Busse, among other minimal deep/tech house explorer. "Entrop" is a gleaming dark R'n'B house track featuring Hazel & Carolina Meleán. Metal-ish percussion and a hypnotic brass sounds make this a great warm-up or after-hours track. "War Chant" has a drone-ish string sound and a lead sound that brings the right amount of trance. "Yuggoth" is a warehouse inspired, tool room techno with hypnotic vocals and an old school feeling "Stomp" is Afro-house, original Aaaron track.
