Naples native Antonio Russo aka Adapter joins the Desolat family, following previous outings on the likes of Get Physical, Octopus, and VIVa. "Gain" is a warbling peak-time builder with a perfect combination of thudding techno bass, driving drum licks, and intricate, delicate synths. The ethereal breakdown will certainly give that all-important dancefloor respite before proceedings kick back twice as hard. "Boomshake" is a rasping, percussive tech-house weapon with long, arching build-ups that give way to highly functional plateaus. The jacky, staccato, hypnotic "Knockout" will allow DJs to take things a little left of center when the time is right.
