Nic Fanciulli returns to Dutch shores with "Movin' On" and "Round & Round." "Movin' On" rolls heavy with Fanciulli's trademark drive and funk. Breaking out the harmonica and letting the divas holla, he drops the bass in the synth-lead breaks before slamming it back for those real hands-in-the-air moments. Pulling no punches on the flip, is "Round & Round." In typical heads-down fashion and with a dizzying display of hats and snare, Nic turns in a floor burning tool.

Saved Records boss Nic Fanciulli delivers a stunningly intricate mix for this installment in the Balance Music series. The first CD, entitled simply Balance is a subtle and expertly crafted mix that balances a plethora of diverse tracks, often three at a time, to create an expansive but well focused journey. Infused with a true timeless quality, the mix was approached in a way that will enable it to sound as good in ten years time as it does today. Individual records were meticulously edited one by one to provide the album with a fluid and natural flow, displaying a more heightened sense of musicality than we are often used to in dance music. Its intelligent arrangement really paves the way for an overriding sense of permanence that is so often missing in many of today's compilations. On the second CD, Saved, Nic showcases the sound and ethos of his own Saved Records with a collection of records exclusive to the imprint. While keeping the focus on quality house music, the mix highlights the diversity within the label with a discernable collection of tracks that straddle various styles, atmospheres and tempos, many of which are available exclusively through Balance 021. From deep and melodic grooves to stripped-back bounce, rolling bass-lines, jacking beats and everything in between, the second disc truly emphasizes the dedication to quality that has made Saved one of the most respected labels in the UK and around the globe. "Undoubtedly one of the successes of 2009, Rejected's Dusty House series rolls into town with its latest installment, and this time the Dutch label has invited a new artist on board: Nic Fanciulli. With the incredible success of tracks like 'Sweep The Floor' and 'Chase The Mouse', the series has found world wide DJ, Radio and Chart support, for its exciting brand of powerfully charged house. Sometimes filtered, sometimes disco, but always fueled by funk, it is a brave man who takes on the challenge of hosting a room at the 'Dusty House'. Take it on he has. Fanciulli has fitted the function one, built the lighting rig, hooked up the smoke machine, and he's even gone and supplied a free bar. All to create the perfect setting for these two prime cuts of filtered goodness. 'Feed The Freezer' has been hugging the disco ball, where as 'Work The Week' has been getting friendly with the Latin chick who's been samba-ing over the in the corner all night. Both are perfect additions to a Dusty House that with each room is becoming one hell of a party venue!!"
