"As always, we decided to do our own thing. We're just so over the same old tired riffs and worn-out stoner vibes, like a pair of Birkenstocks at an indie concert, and let's not even start on those 'super interesting' lyrics about how to smoke weed (seriously, tell us more!). So here we are at a crossroad: should we just follow the crowd and do what everyone else is doing, or should we put in the hard work to create something that actually makes us happy while we play it? Well, here's Melting Pop! It's not stoner, it's not garage, it's not punk, it's not psych, it's not even a traditional album. It's melting, a blend of FVZZ POPVLI saying 'screw the labels' and just going with the flow, all natural, like grown-ups with no preservatives." --FVZZ POPVLI. Also available on black vinyl (HPS 336LP), blue vinyl (HPS 336LTD-LP), and yellow/red/purple vinyl (HPS 336ULTRA-LP).

Following their rough, lo-fi, and rude debut album Fvzz Dei (HPS 061CD/LP/LTD-LP, 2017), Fvzz Popvli gave the birth to their second creature, Magna Fvzz (in Latin "the Great Fuzz"). This newborn is composed by seven killer tracks between the '60s and '70s psychedelic rock till the '90s heavy psych, the album sounds bright and clear with a typical warm rock'n'roll sound and obviously tons and tons of fuzz. The last homonym track features Bazu on the synths, from the mighty acid rockers Giöbia. Highly recommended if you are a fan of The Stooges, Black Sabbath, and Hawkwind.

Fvzz Dei, which in Latin means "The Fuzz Of The Gods", is the debut album of the roman fuzz rock trio named Fvzz Popvli. Datio on bass, Doncalisto on drums, and Pootchie on guitar (The Wisdoom, Beesus), are ready for introduce you to a tribute of fuzzy sounds from the proto-punk to the modern heavy psych. Fvzz Dei will bring you into a rough and bluesy fuzzed-out universe. The album is produced mixed and mastered in Murduck Productions studio based in Rome, recorded with the warm sound of an analog mixer from Italian '80s TV shows, and mastered with a real tape analog support. The songwriting is a compromise between instrumental jammed songs and the "classic tune format". The artwork conceived and made by Rise Above, is an illustration about an ancient roman theatrical mask, the first example of amplification in the world. Just three words: fuzz, attitude and rock n' roll!
