MEANDER 005EP
|
"Alejandro the Argentinian fellow, also known for his monika´s 'Funzion' and 'E Bridge', released on LoMidHigh, Alphahouse and Sushitech among others, presents us two energetic musical journeys for the Meander imprint. This is warm and funky music, simply pure and rich in it´s dynamic, drive and groove. Stunning and very Ajejandro´s own style. The track 'Selva' introduces its self with a temper didgeridoo eclecticism. Followed by lush heavy sub basses with a dash of acid and wandering crispy sounds, his tricky rhythm programming is blowing us away into dramatic dancefloor bliss. Spiced up toms between high frequent synthesizers underline its constant presence. A melodic, organic and crafty piece of house music. On the flipside we have 'Pampa'. The obviously traditional South American influences of our talent merge with modernism, fluxion and frequency precision. An emotional trip that let somehow emerge images of dreamy landscapes while being still a dance oriented killer tune. With this record Alejandro emphasizes his creativity as a standout producer for dense and powerful creations"

"At the Lomidhigh HQ we thought of making a hot, little summery surprise for you all. So why not a single-sided treat for the first time on the label with a jazz-tastic excursion spiced with some blues flavours by Alejandro Mosso on Somebody. We imagine you bopping your head and swinging your feet to the heavy bass, rolling piano and that muffled vox which creates a simple but lush groove to get lost in."

"On this second EP on Lomidhigh Organic, we are very pleased to release yet another artist from our mother label Lomidhigh Lmtd. Argentinian Alejandro Mosso may not ring a bell, as he's better known under the monikers Funzion and E.Bridge. Alejandro had two releases last year on Lomidhigh Lmtd, Eneros and the 2x12" Tantra co-produced with Gurtz. 'CPH' bases its pace on a sexy shuffle, frantic claves and complex layers of alternating melody structures. In the last third of the track, an exquisite dash of bleepy chords adds to the outstanding experience."
