Yapacc's trademark sound mixes techno in a deep, unique masterful way. An orchestra in "Earth Race" shows us new, magical worlds within the groove. "Rhythm To Dakar" is a flight for the dancefloor. Funky bass takes us back in time, but without losing the essential direction of the grooves, which are fresh and spreadable. Alejandro Mosso breaks it all down in his remix, reassembling and creating a whole new world -- parallel to but different from the original mix.

"With Boutique Minimal, Yapacc, who releases on Treibstoff, Multicolor and on Perlon under the Narcotic Syntax moniker (with James Dean Brown), is having his follow up on Neutonmusic. The A-side is a twisted but soulful minimal piece which features Swiss poem artist Bettie Synclair on the vocals. This is a slow building 9-minute take on current minimal techno with warped funk. On the B-side, 3 Channels (Crosstown Rebels, Trapez) from Poland re-interpreted the track into a more ravish version, with quantized drums and beats, bleeps, vocal snippets and sharp hand-claps. We think this is one of the best pieces of work they've produced in the past few months."
