London psychobilly beasts Skitzo began in the mid-1980s as the Electros, when vocalist Phil O'Connor began screaming with bashing drummer, Rod Connor, bassist Tony Bronham, and guitarist Tony McVey; by the time they signed to Nervous Records for this brilliantly ghoulish debut LP, drummer Steve Tomlinson was on board. Along with freaked-out originals like "Witching Hour," "Possessed," and the crazed title track, there are fun covers of "Lonesome Train," "Caldonia," and "Your Cheating Heart," all transformed the psychobilly way.
