This is Dominik Eulberg's 12th release on Traum. Limikolen comes with two powerful tracks which mark a change in style for the techno-naturalist. The first track is the most stripped-down techno he has recorded in years. No melodies, no fancy sounds, no baroque architectural sound-shaping. This is the original sound of techno, with twisted sequences and vocal stabs that create a massive rocking beat. The second track is a heavy beat track with a gentle movement and deep Rhodes-like piano/organ sounds -- more hypnotic and peaceful in its approach.
