This is the first release from Swedish label, Solkyss. Born in the deep forest of northern Sweden, Solkyss is a loosely-connected group of artists known for their vibrant open-airs in the outskirts of Stockholm. The first release is a blend of local acts starting with Coronal Loop, who starts off with the uplifting, pad-driven track "Deep Wide Far," which comes accompanied by a remix from MANIK. Ensam delivers the Latin-inspired party-starter "Someday We'll All Be Free." Finishing up comes the dreamy, melancholic piece "Look to the Source" from Paresse, a master of Balearic slowness and deep cinematic disco. Vinyl only. 300 copies.
