In mid-2019 Stag-O-Lee started a collaboration with Fedor, a collector and hunter from Amsterdam who dedicates his spare time to obscure and forgotten vinyl treasures from the '50s and early '60s. The original 45s come from Fedor's impressive collection, who has spent the last 25 years rummaging through thousands of crates of second-hand vinyl at flea markets in the Dutch metropolis. So far, six 10"s have been released, all organized thematically. Vol. 1: Wild Safari, for example, offered 12 exotic rarities on vinyl. These 12 tracks can now be found on this CD, but with the addition of 15 (yes, fifteen) bonus tracks. So 27 tracks in total. Fedor has also conjured up a great 12-page booklet and written an explanatory text for each song.
