Belfast's Jet Project presents a 12" for Get Digital. "Understand This" features all the key elements: a discernible intro, strong, meaningful vocals, and a proper breakdown that utilizes a whole new group of sounds. The dub version strips the male vocal hook away, leaving the snippets and effects. "Dhak" is a bit more driving and aims directly for the dancefloor. "Understand This" might possibly be Jet Project's most detailed track, and it's something to take a lot of pride in.

Talented Swedish producer and DJ Tiger Stripes is one of the few modern house producers who can program drums with the best of them, while taking it up a notch by lacing his tracks with harmonious melodies. "Me & I" is about as classy as it gets, with rolling drums, jittering percussion, a tasteful vocal and a silky smooth chord melody skillfully congealed. This is one tune that is sure to sneak into many record bags.

Emerson Todd makes his Get Physical debut with 3 tracks of funk-laden and infectious house. With a previous release for the Dirtybird label and a coveted spot at the helm of a Resident Advisor podcast, Emerson Todd's profile is set to rise further still. "Dr. Jurd" pulsates with infectious tribal rhythms and cut-up vocal samples, before evolving into sleek, synth-driven tech-house. "Jacob" is a living, breathing dancefloor monster, and "Touche" touches on U.S.-style deep house, with an epic, atmospheric breakdown.

Milan's Emmanuel has gained his reputation through music, not the catwalk, and Show Time will definitely show the club what time it is. The title track blasts onto the scene with skittering beats, ebb and flow, trippy effects, and a lonely sitar. "Who Cares" combines clever beat programming with the lethargic drawl of a Spanish vocal before klobbering us with another rumbling bass line. Daniel Mehlhart remixes the title track, adding chants and banter to some Frankfurt funk, bump and bounce.

Legendary minimalist Andre Crom and his co-producer Danito dedicate their first collaboration to Get Digital. Sure to be a favorite of Carl Craig et al., "Those Nights" is driven by warm pads, a hypnotic chord progression, and a melodic piano riff. "These Days" steps up the energy with rotating synth stabs, off-kilter drums, and vocal snippets. Finally, "Reflect" features a dramatic arrangement with classic Detroit sounds, and a wave from Danito's wand to create something truly memorable.

Simon Baker and Jamie Jones have been long-time DJs in England's underground electronic music scene, and this is their first collaborative effort. The three versions of "Kaskazi" all invoke a different mood and style, but still retain the original's jubilant flavor. The "Swahili" mix takes the original on a jungle safari, with the shrieks and shrills of nocturnal beasts. The "Emotional Mix" is deeper, with a slow build, lighter vocals, warm chords and fervent strings.
