Reissue, originally released in 1981. 77-Early Years-79 is a compilation of the band's first four singles, all originally issued on Step Forward Records. One album track ("Dice Man" from Dragnet) is also included, and a CD reissue in 2000 adds two tracks from the various artists compilation Short Circuit: Live at the Electric Ballroom, from the same time. 2002's Early Singles drops "Dice Man" and adds three singles recorded for Kamera Records in 1981 and 1982, with their B-sides. In 2003, tracks from the Step Forward singles and two albums recorded for the label were selected for It's the New Thing! (The Step Forward Years). The first of multiple Fall compilation albums and certainly one of the most valuable.

Reissue, originally released in 1979. Founded by its only constant member, Mark E. Smith, The Fall formed in Manchester in 1976 and were one of the most prominent post-punk groups in the world. Musically, there may have been several stylistic changes over the years, but it was often characterized by an abrasive guitar-driven sound and frequent use of repetition, always underpinned by Smith's distinctive vocals and often cryptic lyrics. Dragnet is the second studio album -- released October 26th, 1979. Originally released through record label Step-Forward, it predicated two major factors in the group's career -- high productivity and high group turnover. The album has historically garnered excellent reviews. Featuring the one-and-only Mark E. Smith alongside Steve Hanley (bass), Marc Riley (guitar), Craig Scanlon (guitar), Mike Leigh (drums), Kay Carroll (backing vocals), and Yvonne Pawlett (keyboards).

Reissue, originally released in March 1979 through record label Step-Forward. The debut studio album by The Fall. Despite its title, it is not a live album. The album was recorded at Camden Sound Suite on December 15th, 1978 and mixed by producer Bob Sargeant the next day. The group had been booked into the studio for a week but Mark E. Smith had fallen ill, leading to the cancellation of the first three days. Some songs dated from earlier incarnations of the group with both Tony Friel and Una Baines featuring on the writing credits.

Reissue, originally released in 1970. In a just world, Demon Fuzz would have been very successful. Sadly, however, the only real success they enjoyed is the fact that many club DJs now use their samples frequently. Although the band played most of the British underground festivals in the early seventies, Demon Fuzz were simply too way-out to make a significant impact on the college crowd and as a result they broke up after 18 months on the scene. Released in 1970, the band's only album, the extraordinary Afreaka!, demonstrates their excellence in playing psychedelic soul, dub-heavy funk, progressive rock, Afro-jazz, and Black acid rock. Limited tape version of this all-time classic.

2022 restock; Radiation Tapes present a cassette reissue of Dinosaur Jr.'s Green Mind, originally released in 1991. Formed in 1984, Dinosaur Jr. carved a singular path through the latter half of the 1980s, issuing three highly influential albums in the process before finding a home with Sire Records, who issued Green Mind in 1991 as the alternative American rock scene the band had long been part of exploded globally. Produced by a stripped-down line-up of the group (in fact, J Mascis himself plays almost everything), the album and Sire's international reach took Dinosaur Jr's reputation to a new level, aided by the singles The Wagon (1990) and Whatever's Cool With Me (1991), a non-album EP of new material and live recordings, all of which are included here alongside a previously unreleased live recording capturing the group at the Hollywood Palladium in June 1991. Critically lauded on release, Green Mind remains one of the band's strongest collections, and a firm fan favorite. Limited edition of 350 on cassette.

Radiation Tapes present a cassette reissue of Dinosaur Jr.'s Hand It Over, originally released in 1997. Formed in 1984, Dinosaur Jr. carved a singular path through the latter half of the 1980s and first half of the 1990s, issuing a number of highly influential albums in the process. Hand It Over, their seventh record, appeared in the spring of 1997 following a lengthy absence, and would prove to be the band's final album-length offering for a decade. Performed primarily by J Mascis, Hand It Over appeared at a time of declining international interest in American alternative rock, but nevertheless received widespread approval and appreciation amongst critics and reviewers. The album was accompanied, unusually, by an EP of non-album songs recorded for the Matt Dillon movie Grace Of My Heart (1996) and, later, a vinyl-only "I'm Insane" 7" single, all of which are collected here alongside a previously unreleased concert recording made in Stockholm and two tracks performed for ABC TV in Australia. Accompanied by in-depth sleeve notes from Mojo's Keith Cameron (based on recent and exclusive interviews with J Mascis), this edition provides a final view of a band about to disappear from the limelight but still as engaging and powerful as ever. Limited edition of 350 on cassette.

2023 restock. Radiation Tapes present a cassette reissue of Dinosaur Jr.'s Where You Been, originally released in 1992. Formed in 1984, Dinosaur Jr. carved a singular path through the latter half of the 1980s and early 1990s, issuing a number of highly influential albums in the process before finding a home with Sire Records. Where You Been, their fifth record, emerged in 1993, at the height of enthusiasm for grunge and the alternative American rock scene the band had long been part of. Produced by a new line-up of the group (longtime drummer Murph and new bassist Mike Johnson completing the three-piece), the album became the band's most successful up to that point, reaching #50 in the US (where it sold over a quarter of a million copies) and #10 in the UK album charts, and spawning the hit single, "Start Choppin". Released to unanimously positive reviews, and containing many tracks that would become staples and fan favorites, "Where You Been" continued Dinosaur Jr.'s global ascent, being issued simultaneously across the US, Europe, Australasia, Asia, and South America. Limited edition of 350 on cassette.

Repressed. Radiation Tapes present a cassette reissue of Dinosaur Jr.'s Without A Sound, originally released in 1994. Formed in 1984, Dinosaur Jr. carved a singular path through the latter half of the 1980s and early 1990s, issuing a number of highly influential albums in the process before finding a home with Sire Records. Without A Sound, their sixth record, emerged in the summer of 1994, in the wake of personal bereavement and the departure of longtime drummer and founder member Murph. Performed primarily by J Mascis, Without A Sound continued the band's growth in popularity and commercial achievement, reaching #44 in the US (their highest ever album placing there) and featuring the hit singles "Feel The Pain" and "I Don't Think So". Released to positive reviews, Without A Sound also took Dinosaur Jr around the world, including dates in Australia, New Zealand, and Japan, and into the mainstream as the group contributed "Blah" to the hit US TV show Melrose Place. Limited edition of 350 on cassette.

Cassette reissue of Blitz's Voice Of A Generation, originally released in 1982. Raw, violent, and catchy, Blitz's 1982 debut album sounded like a shot of pure rock and roll through the violence of the English working class. Made up by two punks and two skinheads, with a lot to say about violence and football, Blitz appealed to all kinds of lowlifes who finally had a voice for their generation. This new version of the long out-of-print classic includes three bonus tracks -- two from the Carry On Oi! compilation (1981) and one from the Total Noise compilation (1982). Three-panel j-card; Edition of 350 cassettes (hand-numbered).
