Billy Dalessandro's Water To Wine EP plays around with new frequencies and soundscapes that blend neatly. "Water To Wine" takes us on a journey through space. With the TB 303 bass line in the background and long synth pads, the composition sounds ethereal. "Neuron Hunter" features the TB 303 again, hypnotizing us and leading us through hyperspace. A bit darker then the previous track, it is yet another approach to what we can now call sideral dance music.
